Luís Graça is Professor of Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (FMUL) and Principal Investigator of the Cell Immunology group at the João Lobo Antunes Molecular Medicine Institute (iMM, Portugal). He is president of the Society of Medical Sciences of Lisbon, the oldest medical society in Europe and former president of the Portuguese Society of Immunology. Its most significant scientific contributions are related to the field of transplantation and autoimmunity.
